What Crisp Is

Crisp is a technology provider — a software interface and execution layer for interacting with decentralized prediction markets. Crisp is not a broker, financial advisor, investment manager, or custodian.

Non-Custodial Architecture

Crisp operates on a strictly non-custodial basis. We do not hold, control, or have access to your digital assets or private keys at any time. When you trade through Crisp, you receive a Gnosis Safe wallet generated via Polymarket infrastructure and secured by Privy — enterprise-grade wallet management.

• Crisp does not control your private keys.
• Crisp does not custody your funds.
• Crisp cannot reverse transactions or restore access to compromised wallets.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where prediction markets or crypto trading is prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any economic sanctions or trade embargoes.
